- Form a ProArtsTickets advisory committee to assess the program and develop a plan for improvement and growth
- Develop proactive, cross-organization promotional strategies to increase ticket sales through ProArtsTickets
- Improve and enhance the new www.ProArtsTickets.org website
- Expand the shared audience database to include organizations who do not sell tickets through ProArtsTickets
- Undertake an organization-wide branding process and develop a comprehensive marketing plan
- Redesign the www.pittsburghartscouncil.org website
OBJECTIVES FOR 2008-09
- Increase ticket sales and number of clients
- Increase client and user satisfaction (conduct surveys)
- Hold three Advisory Committee meetings
