CONTINUING ACTIVITIES


NEW STRATEGIES /EXPANSION OF SERVICES

  • Form a ProArtsTickets advisory committee to assess the program and develop a plan for improvement and growth

  • Develop proactive, cross-organization promotional strategies to increase ticket sales through ProArtsTickets

  • Improve and enhance the new www.ProArtsTickets.org website

  • Expand the shared audience database to include organizations who do not sell tickets through ProArtsTickets

  • Undertake an organization-wide branding process and develop a comprehensive marketing plan

  • Redesign the www.pittsburghartscouncil.org website

OBJECTIVES FOR 2008-09

  • Increase ticket sales and number of clients

  • Increase client and user satisfaction (conduct surveys)

  • Hold three Advisory Committee meetings
